The Client:

The Reverse Mortgage Lending community was who this site and its lead capture websites was developed to serve. Having worked in this business sector for years I recognized it as an under-served community and decided to do something about it.

The Background:

While working for HighTechLending, Inc. we had a policy of developing forward mortgage branches and LO’s app enabled websites, however when it came to our reverse mortgage lending family there was no standardized web solutions.

I tasked myself with developing a solution to this problem and address the need to offer real value for completing our lead gen forms. That was accomplished by developing a reverse mortgage calculator that provides adjustable rate loan calculations.
